The Foundation Bundle combines the three IHDS Foundation Courses into a single, continuous program of private mentorship with Amy Lee and John Cole. It covers the same curriculum as Living Your Design, Rave ABCs, and Rave Cartography, but is structured as a single arc of study rather than three separate enrollments.

The bundle includes 40+ hours of online video presentations by Amy Lee, which you can start and watch anytime, along with optional written contemplations and observation assignments that bring the teaching into daily life. The personal mentorship portion includes three 90-minute private sessions, split between Amy and John, to be completed within 12 months. You can move through the material more quickly if you prefer.

The goal is orientation: learning to recognize the essential elements of the chart accurately and hold them lightly while you open to experimentation. No prior Human Design study is required. The bundle also serves people with some exposure who want a more thorough and structured foundation.
