Overview
The Living Your Design Guide program prepares students to introduce newcomers to the core mechanics of Human Design with clarity, integrity, and real depth. The emphasis is on grounded understanding and real-life experience, rather than just performance or memorization.
At the heart of this program is a simple but meaningful question: What does it look like to teach from your own design? We work with each student to develop an authentic teaching style that genuinely reflects who they are, while honoring the essential structure of the Living Your Design curriculum.

Mentorship Format
This program combines self-paced study with personalized mentorship. Most students find it natural to schedule the first session midway through the material, the second after completing the content, and the third as they prepare to lead their first LYD workshop.
These sessions are working conversations, providing space to ask questions, receive honest feedback, and refine how you present and communicate the material. The goal is to achieve practical clarity and uphold genuine integrity in your teaching.
IHDS Certification
After completing the program, students can pursue IHDS certification to host and teach the Living Your Design workshop. Certification includes a professional listing on the IHDS website. To qualify, students must:
- Complete real-time auditing and observation of a Living Your Design course with an IHDS-certified guide (other than Amy or John)
- Complete and sign the IHDS Professional Standards agreement
- Submit the IHDS certification fee (included in tuition and submitted on your behalf at the time of certification)
